Very few are able to stop thinking about themselves for 5 minutes to stop and think about what someone else might need.  Our world has become an extremely selfish place.  I our schools we are teaching our kids that they and their feelings are what is important.  And yes, they are important BUT not at the cost of kindness to someone else.
