Today is Wednesday, May 31st.

Last day of May, June and summer is here.  Program note, June 7th I will most likely not be on. Surgery will be on the 6th, was told it was 5 mins will it is not, it is 30 mins long.  She said I will have a huge, thick band aid wrap on it.

I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day.  A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!

It is easy to become blinded by our own opinions, situations, and emotions.  While it is not wrong to be caught up in what is going on in our lives, it doesn't help when all we can think about is how things affect US personally.

What kind of an issue, problem or situation are you in at the moment?  Are you holding on to a long time hurt that seems to have reared its ugly head again?  Are you in the process of making a important life changing decision?  Take a moment and try to understand the situation from someone else's perspective, it does not mean that you have to agree with them.

Rather than eschewing blame on “the system” or the behaviors of others, humble people assume responsibility by speaking up and owning their part.

They are not only receptive to constructive criticism but actively seek it because they know that feedback is a pathway to improvement.

Humility displays a willingness to learn and become better--two things that everybody should cultivate.

Let's be better people!!

In theory, the colors represented cherry, orange, and lemon respectively and as more colors were introduced to Froot Loops, like blue for blueberry, the palette grew to consist of a whole fruit bowl.

However, the reality is that red stands for red, orange for orange, yellow yellow, and blue blue. The colors mean nothing more than a decoration to brighten the bowl of what would otherwise be substandard Cheerios. This isn't a secret, as Kellogg's admitted that Froot Loops only come with one flavor.  But, as seen, the internet is fickle when it comes to such information, leaving article writers to express shock over and over as they reaffirm the unfavorable truth about the colorful cereal.
