It’s Fri-YAY!! - Start your day with a little sugar!😁❤️💕#173

Monday Sep 18, 2023
Today is Friday, September 15th. On today's show:
I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!
Today's word of the day is "habit"
//: a settled or regular tendency or practice, especially one that is hard to give up:
**Quote of the day:
"Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." - Jim rohn
"Bad habits are our enemies because they hinder us from being the person we want to be." - Joyce Meyer
Habits - How long does it take to form one? 21 or 66 days?
Ok you want to change something in your life. Maybe you want to stop a bad habit, start working out, or just eat better. How long do you think it might take for that change to stick?
Well in the past, people thought it could take 21 days to create or change a habit. But recent studies have pushed that number to over triple at 66 days.
Journal of Social Psychology says it takes an average of 66 days for a new behavior to become automatic. But the time required to form a habit can vary depending on the individual and the behavior in question. It is important to remember that forming a habit requires consistent repetition. The more you perform the behavior, the more likely it is to become a habit.
That being said, brain science shows us that when we change our habits and engage in new experiences, we change the pathways in our brains, this process called neuroplasticity which produces new connections as we learn. It shows that throughout our lives as we acquire new skills and experiences, and develop and expand our habits, our brains will continue to grow new neural connections. Research shows that this brain development can continue throughout our lives as we continue to acquire new skills and experiences.
In the book I have, Atomic Habits by James Clear, he says, "we can get remarkable results by making one tiny change at a time. When you first start, it is more important that you create a habit which is more critical than actually achieving a goal. He recommends try getting just 1% better each day.
Remember that forming a new habit doesn't stop old habits from existing, your new habits just have to become more powerful influences on your behavior.
You will have times when you fall back a couple of days and that doesn't mean you have ruined your chances of being successful. This is not the case. It is more about your long-term consistency. It simply requires your best and most consistent attempt over an extended period of time. Just remember to enjoy the process of getting to your goal rather than just thinking about that final moment when your goal is achieved.
What is important here is that you're continually improving your overall behavior and daily habits because they play a critical role in building a positive daily routine and ultimately reaching your goals.
You got this! I BELIEVE IN YOU!!
**Joke of the day:
Question: What did the dad buffalo say when his kid left for college?
Answer: "Bison."
**Fact of the day:

Yogi Berra won 13 World Series in 18 seasons with the Yanks.

Today is Wednesday, September 13th, and today is everything Pulp Fiction. Trivia, Facts and Soundtrack.
Y'all know I like to start the show with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, so let's go!
Today's word of the day is "Sincere"
//: free from pretense or deceit; proceeding from genuine feelings:
**Quote of the day:
"Sincere compliments cost nothing and can accomplish much. In any relationship, they are the applause that refreshes."
Steve Goodier
"You don't have to be fearless. Just be sincere."
Danielle LaPorte
What makes someone sincere?
Sincerity isn't as common as you'd like to think these days. With so much of our interactions occurring through online profiles, it almost comes naturally to people to pretend to be something other than what they truly are. They use fake profiles and hide behind insincere personalities.
This is why it can be so surprising when you actually meet a truly sincere and authentic person. If you are blessed enough to have this person in your life, love them and cherish them.
Here are just a some characteristics of a truly sincere person, and what you can expect from these kind humans:
- Sincere people are not afraid to look and appear weak.
Sincerity means being yourself and caring about yourself, NOT what other people think of you.
Most people are afraid of looking weak and vulnerable, to the point that they'll do their best to hide their true feelings. A sincere person doesn't care about looking weak.
- They give compliments without a second thought
They are not afraid of what other people might think, or the egos of those around them. They praise and admire whenever it feels right and when people deserve it, deserve it meaning they do not just complement people to blow smoke up their butt to get them to like them OR to get them to do something in return. They understand the importance of spreading love and letting other people feel joy and pride, and they want to be a part of that when they can. There is nothing else to it.
- They care more about their values than the world around them
A sincere person doesn't let outside influences affect them and what they believe. They do not go against their own values and beliefs for ratings and to be more popular than their own. They are driven by those inner values, beliefs and that matters more than anything else.
- They treat everyone with the same level of respect
Whether it is a CEO or a janitor, a sincere person will see every person as what they are, another human on earth that is deserving of basic respect and kindness.
There are some who only use respect as a leverage to get what they want from people on their climb up the social/career ladders. Once again, going against any moral beliefs and values they once had in order for a little more money in their pockets or getting ahead.
But genuine, sincere people understand this is wrong.
- They give without expectations
Sincere people do things because they want to, not because they get to reap some feel-good brain chemicals from it. They do these things without being told because they want to stay true to their values. They show compassion and kindness even when no one's looking or when no one else wants to show up.
- They are always seeking out knowledge
Sincere people look for genuine growth in themselves. They're always looking to push forward and they do not need an audience to do so. Sincere people never think they're too good for the world. One of the main reasons why they seek out knowledge is because they don't run with their egos and think they've got everything figured out.
- They are themselves
Nowadays there is so much pressure to be someone they are actually not. Sincere people don't care about putting up a face.
They don't feel like they need to be someone else and enact people-pleasing behavior to belong to a crowd. In fact, they don't really care about belonging to a crowd. They will never make fun of people, or talk behind someone's back, just to earn other people's favor, they won't participate in activities or go against their beliefs just to "fit in" and be popular. It is not a good look.
- They hold themselves accountable
Above all, sincere people are easy to trust because they hold themselves accountable for their actions. This does not mean that they are perfect and incapable of hurting others, they are only human, BUT what separates them from others is their integrity to do what is right.
They hold themselves to a high enough standard that they take responsibility for the consequences of their actions. They never try to evade consequences or manipulate others just to get others to agree with them. They are big enough to face the issue head first and use these opportunities to grow and become a better person.
Just because sincerity is rare, doesn't mean you have to be a "special" kind of person to be sincere. If you are looking to add value to your life and grow into a genuine person, start with a few of points I listed. At the end of the day, sincerity is about being honest with your shortcomings, facing them head-on, and being true to your values and beliefs and doing what you need to do to become a kinder, more empathetic person.
I believe in you! You got this!
**Joke of the day:
Question: Why are weddings so emotional?
Answer: I don't know, but even the cake is in tiers.

911 Tribute- #171
Wednesday Sep 13, 2023
Wednesday Sep 13, 2023
Today is Monday, September 11th. It is Motivation Monday, Patriots Day - 911 remembrance, motivational stories, trending, and Double Play Monday in Music.
**Around the country, people pause to remember those who lost their lives on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, vowing to "never forget." Let us start by having a moment of silence. At 7:46 am
On September 11, 2001, almost 3,000 people lost their lives during the attacks at the Twin Towers, Pentagon and aboard United Airlines Flight 93. At 8:46 a.m. ET, American Airlines Flight 11 (traveling from Boston to Los Angeles) hit the north tower of the World Trade Center in New York City in what we now know as the 9/11 terror attacks. At 9:03 a.m. ET, United Airlines Flight 175 (traveling from Boston to Los Angeles) hit the south tower of the World Trade Center in New York City. At 9:37 a.m. ET, American Airlines Flight 77 (traveling from Dulles, Virginia, to Los Angeles) hit the Pentagon Building in Washington. And at 10:03 a.m. ET, United Airlines Flight 93 (traveling from Newark, New Jersey, to San Francisco) crashed in a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania.
Around the country, people pause to remember those who lost their lives on the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, vowing to "never forget."
**First I want to start by reading about "The 8 Children Who Died On 9/11" - Ok I am going to do my best to get through these stories without crying but I wholly hell reading them yesterday made my heart hurt. And if you do not like my sensitive heart, suck it. There is a quote, by Author David Levithan that says, “What separates us from the animals, what separates us from the chaos, is our ability to mourn people we’ve never met.” Here are their stories - (remembering the 8 children)
- “If we learn nothing else from this tragedy, we learn that life is short and there is no time for hate.”- Sandy Dahl, wife of Flight 93 pilot Jason Dahl, in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, in 2002
- “My older brother John lived [his life] in Technicolor. … When he walked in the door, the whole house lit up. And I’m sure heaven lit up when he got there too.” - Anthoula Katsimatides at the World Trade Center site in 2005
- “Five years from the date of the attack that changed our world, we’ve come back to remember the valor of those we lost—those who innocently went to work that day and the brave souls who went in after them. We have also come to be ever mindful of the courage of those who grieve for them, and the light that still lives in their hearts.” - New York City mayor Rudolph Giuliani at the World Trade Center site in 2006
- “My father, Norberto, was a pastry chef at Windows on the World in Tower One. For 10 years, he made many fancy and famous desserts, but the sweetest dessert he made was the marble cake he made for us at home... Whenever we parted, Poppi would say, ‘Te amo. Vaya con Dios.’ And this morning, I want to say the same thing to you, Poppi. I love you. Go with God.”- Catherine Hernandez at the World Trade Center site in 2008.
- “What separates us from the animals, what separates us from the chaos, is our ability to mourn people we’ve never met.” —Author David Levithan
- "On this day... 19 years (September 10th) ago, 246 people went to sleep in preparation for their morning flights. 2,606 people went to sleep in preparation for work in the morning. 343 firefighters went to sleep in preparation for their morning shift. 60 police officers went to sleep in preparation for morning patrol. 8 paramedics went to sleep in preparation for the morning shift. None of them saw past 10:00 am Sept 11, 2001. In one single moment life may never be the same. As you live and enjoy the breaths you take today and tonight before you go to sleep in preparation for your life tomorrow, kiss the ones you love, snuggle a little tighter, and never take one second of your life for granted."—Unknown
- “I still have the shoes I wore to work that day. The soles are melted, and they’re caked in ash. I keep them in a shoebox with the word ‘deliverance’ written all around it. They’re kind of like my ark, a reminder of God’s presence and the life I owe to him.” - Stanley Praimnath, 9/11 Survivor
- "I may never know the answers to the questions that plagued me after 9/11. But I know if we lean on God and each other, we will be guided to a better, brighter future." - Michael Hingson, 911 survivor
- "My father was the best person I have ever known and though he was taken from me on that day, nothing and no one will ever be able to take away the eight years and two days of my life that I shared with him. After my father died, and after I lost so much, I promised myself that I would never lose who I am as a person — the person that my father brought me up to be. … If you owe someone an apology, tell them you are sorry today. If someone asks for your forgiveness, forgive them. Start being the person you always wanted to be today and don’t waste your time worrying about tomorrow." — Mary Kate McErlean, whose father was killed on 9/11
- "Why am I here? What is the reason I was saved? They're really unanswerable questions. After going through something like we did, all you can do is try to live your best life from day to day and move forward with gratitude." — Brian Clark, World Trade Center survivor
I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!
Today's word of the day is " apologize "
//: express regret for something that one has done wrong:
**Quote of the day:
"If an apology includes the word "BUT" It's NOT an apology,
The person "apologizing" is simply justifying that they are right and that
YOU do not matter to them."
"Two things I can't stand the most are LIARS and people who don't know how to apologize when they're wrong."
I was watching this show and this girl told of this other chick off for whatever reason. She felt bad afterwards and decided to talk to her father about it. He told her that one of the greatest word in the English language is apologize. That the person who is able to apologize is the strong person. So why is it so difficult for some to do?
Are they stubborn? Or do they just not care about you and your relationship?
But the one who can never admit they've mistepped, no matter the circumstance? What makes them incapable of apologizing even when they're obviously in the wrong?
When they double down on their wrongness by blaming circumstances, denying the facts, or attacking the other person involved, non-apologizers can make themselves feel empowered rather than diminished.
The mistake we often make when faced with someone who's habitually incapable of apologizing is to become irate and for good reason, of course and try to win the argument with them because we're right!
But the sad and frustrating reality is we will never win with them. Their EGO'S are way too big. Even if we demonstrated that they were wrong in stark, inarguable facts, they will either deny those inarguable facts or pivot to a personal attack by saying something like "Why do you always do this or that?"
The bottom line is…We all have moments when we refuse to admit we're wrong. But when someone never takes responsibility and is habitually incapable of apologizing, it's a sign that they are a big ego, narcissistic human and unless you want to be continually hurt, but up some boundaries or completely cut it off with this person.
People who can’t apologize appear to be tough individuals who refuse to back down. But they don’t do this because they’re strong — it’s because they’re weak as fuck humans. "Real healthy" people know when it is time to apologize or acknowledge their fault. People who cannot apologize deliver fauxpologies, which usually revert blame back onto the victim.
Because some never admit fault or have people hold them accountable for their actions (in fact, more often than not, this is a pattern. ) Their egos are usually 100 times the size they should be. A doctor by the name Dr. Guy said of such people, "Some people have such a fragile ego, such brittle self-esteem, such a weak "psychological constitution," that admitting they made a mistake or that they were wrong is fundamentally too threatening for their big fat egos to take!"
A healthy, normal functioning human being accepts their role in the situation and use them as lessons for the future.
So let's just say you are not a narcissist BUT you still have a hard time when it comes to apologizing. A meaningful apology is one that communicates the three R's - regret, responsibility, and remedy.
To feel true regret, we need to have empathy for the person we have harmed. If you do not have empathy, your apology will sound and feel empty. This means not blaming ANYONE or ANYTHING else for what you did and making excuses for your actions, PERIOD!!
An apology is a powerful interaction that has an almost magical ability to provide healing for both the offended and the offender. Let's not squander our opportunities to heal, grow, and change our lives and the lives of others for the better by refusing to admit our wrongs or by giving half-hearted, or insulting apologies.
You got this! I believe in you!!
**Motivational Stories
Every day, countless events take place that make our world a bit brighter — we just usually hear about the negative.
- Determined Dog Escapes Shelter 3 Times, Picks Odd Forever Home
And no one can figure out why exactly he chose the nursing home to settle down in—I KNOW WHY- HE IS A DOGGIE ANGEL; HE KNEW THEY NEEDED HIM & HE NEEDED THEM.
- Hero Neighbor Charges Into Lake to Save 4-Year-Old Boy With Autism
- A President Leads by Example
Last year, students at a school in Gostivar, North Macedonia, received quite a surprise when the country’s leader showed up just before roll call.
After President Stevo Pendarovski found out that 11-year-old Embla Ademi, who has Down syndrome, was being teased by classmates and isolated from other children by teachers, he took matters into his own hands. The president, who took office in 2019, visited the family before school, offered Ademi some gifts and then walked with her, at times hand in hand, to school.
In a country where more than half of people believe that children with disabilities cannot be fully integrated into society and 81 percent believe that children with disabilities should be segregated in schools, the president’s act was significant.
Pendarovski’s office issued a statement that said children with atypical development “should not only enjoy the rights they deserve, but also feel equal and welcome at their school desks and in the schoolyard. It is our obligation as a state, but also as individuals, and the key element in this common mission is empathy.” —Tina Knezevic
Bravo - as a mother of a son with Autism, I have had to fight for every ounce of help we needed, in school, throughout school and on. Damn we could learn so much for people who are not just like us. Inclusion should be there and the individuals who will stand up and protect those with beautiful souls. We need to be better.

Today is Friday, September 8th. On today's show:
I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!
Today's word of the day is " tender-hearted "
//: having a kind, gentle, or sentimental nature:
**Quote of the day:
"I am a tender-hearted person, and I feel everything to the ninth degree." - Dolly Parton, I can completely understand that quote, 100%.
"There is a high cost for a tender heart, but it's worth it!" - Mary Farrell
It is a basic human need to want to be cared for and cared about. We all want to be heard and valued. It feels good to have someone listen to you fully and with compassion, but with our busy lives, we sometimes fail to just pause and listen.
Being tender-hearted is not a surface-level feelings nor is it a fleeting puppy-love. A tender-hearted person does not feel sympathy for someone and then it just passes, it is much deeper. It is rooted in our very spirit and this kind of compassion lingers.
I know for myself it is hard for me to watch, or hear heartbreaking news 24/7 because it stays with me, it lingers and then I tend to put up walls to keep my heart safe because being tender-hearted can hurt. Another example is negative people, they will drain you like nothing else!
We need to watch out for these examples and whatever could trigger you to want to put up those walls so high that you do not let new relationships to form.
Here are some traits of a kind-heated person.
They offer praise:
A kind-hearted person who is caring towards others will offer praise to try to help build up others, for no other reason but for the other person to feel loved and appreciated.
They know how to be patient:
You know not fly off the handle when people do not move at the pace you want them to or do things the way you prefer.
They show sincere appreciation:
A tender-hearted person does everything they can to show sincere appreciation for what they have in their life, which includes the people surrounding them. I try my hardest to show the people in my life that I appreciate them because life is so, so short. My neighbor just lost his wife. All of a sudden. You just never know.
If everyone on this planet would take the time to be a bit more tender-hearted, and kind it could make the world such a better place. Let me ask you this? Do you think people see you as a kind and tender-hearted person? Or are there things you still need to work on?? I know I could always get better. Shhwweeter!
You will feel much better at the end of the day when you are caring and kind to those who are in your life.
You got this, I believe in you!!
The term "tender-hearted" is used to describe someone who is very kind and shows a lot of sympathy. They are easily moved to love, pity, or sorrow.
Synonyms for tender-hearted include affectionate, loving, passionate, devoted, warm, fond, compassionate, tender, caring, kind, friendly, considerate, forgiving, warmhearted, humane, doting, impassioned, fervent, romantic, amorous, sentimental, and understanding.
**Joke of the day:
Question: What did the horse say after a fall?
Answer: "I've fallen and I can't giddy up!"
**Fact of the day:

I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!
Today's word of the day is " will·pow·er "
//: control exerted to do something or restrain impulses:
"most of our bad habits are due to laziness or lack of willpower" ·
**Quote of the day:
"You don't find willpower, you create it. - anonymous
And
"Will power is a muscle the more you use it, the stronger it gets."
Willpower is the ability to control one's actions, especially when facing difficult or tempting situations. It involves delaying gratification, resisting impulses, and overriding unwanted thoughts or feelings. It is part of how humans make decisions and pursue long-term goals.
It goes by many names: drive, determination, self-discipline, self-control, resolve. At its simplest, willpower is the ability to control or restrain yourself, and the ability to resist instant gratification in order to achieve long-term goals.
According to the American Psychological Association Some other definitions of willpower include:
- The abilitity to override an unwanted thought, feeling, or impulse's
- the ability to employ a "cool" cognitive system of behavior rather than a "hot" emotional system
- the conscious, effortful regulation of the self, by the self (being able to tell yourself to check yourself!!)
Some experts believe that humans have only a limited supply of willpower and that it decreases with overuse. I'm sorry I do not believe that. I think that is just laziness. YES, you can get just completely burnt out, tired and want to take the easy road and react like an asshole but a little willpower will help you accomplish such a variety of goals, including just being a better person.
While many people struggle with willpower and self-control, and act, yes act like they cannot change, you can. Willpower is just like a muscle and can be strengthened with a whole lot of time and effort.
During these times that we live in, it does take a little extra effort of taking care of ourselves so that when the world is trying to steal your smile you sucker kiss them back!
Getting enough sleep,
meditating
exercising & feeding your brain with good for ya food
Develop Small but Powerful Habits
Make a Manageable To-Do List
And remember your "why"-
What is the purpose of changing our behavior and learning how to gain willpower in the first place? What are we trying to accomplish, and what will we lose if we give in to our bad habits?
When you CONSISTENTLY remind ourselves of the answers to these questions, your willpower will increase to stick to your plans!
You can do this! I believe in you!!

I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!
Today's word of the day is " opinion "
//: a view or judgment formed about something, not necessarily based on fact or knowledge:
**Quote of the day:
"One persons opion of you does not have to become your reality."
"I will not allow someone else's opinion, poor decisions, or poor words to keep my champion imprisoned. - John Di Lemme
Why do we let people opinions of us effect us so much? I catch myself, doing the same damn thing. Well here we go, listen,
People will speak rumors, lies and shit. They always have and always will. No matter how good you are, what you say, what you wear, or decisions you make you will always be scrutinized by others.
There are those, master manipulators, who prey on the kinder, looking for those they can taunt and torment. Sometimes it becomes too much and we allow other people's crappy opinions hurt us and sometimes define us.
It shouldn't and does not matter what other people think or say about us. They have NO OTHER PURPOSE other than to hurt or harm you. Their only purpose is to make you feel inferior to them.
It is quite humorous to see how many people on this app that do this. They gang up on others in an effort to not only make someone else feel bad, but to make themselves feel better. Just because someone says something does not make it true.
Consider this, that you shouldn't allow those opinions affect you. At the end of the day, when we come to the end of this life, the stupid shit my haters/yours or other have said about me/you it doesn’t matter. None of it does. What matters is our experiences and the value we/I brought to this world.
As long as we continue to give individuals the power and allow it to negatively affect us, they will continue the poor behavior. Take notes, eyes open, do not trust as openly again and freaking set boundaries!!
Ignore that negativity! Chase your dreams and make your decisions based on what is good for you, not the haters!
AND I KNOW HOW EVER MUCH IT HURTS TO SEE PEOPLE SUPPORT THE PERSONS WHOM ARE CLEARLY NARCASISTS, BUT LOOK AT IT THIS WAY - do you really want any of those people supporting you and part of your circle? I will not settle for those types in my life. YOU and I deserve so much more than that.
Keep up the good work, I believe in you. Listen to this, Louis sent this to me yesterday

It’s Fri-YAY!! - Start your day with a little sugar!😁💕❤️#167

Today is Friday, September 1st.
I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!
Life is funny. This morning I was stressing myself out, over all that is going on and not even looking at what I spent time writing. Luckly, I am blessed with a small group of humans I can call friends, one of which helped me this AM realize just that, "Life is too short."
So instead of a word of the day it is a saying, "Life is too short."
**Quote of the day:
"As you grow older, you'll find the only things you regret are the things you didn't do. - Zachary Scott
“Life goes by fast. Enjoy it. Calm down. It’s all funny.”— Joan Rivers
More often than not, we take things or people for granted and we do not realize that life is too short until a moment passes by.
Life is too fragile to take people, things and moments for granted. Before you know it the things you appreciate, life takes it away. The people we love, the things we treasure etc..
Every moment is so important so there's no use spending it being angry and frustrated about things you cannot change.
When you learn to not sweat the small things you stop wasting your time and energy on unnecessary things such as negativity and you embrace gratitude and kindness instead.
The past is the past, and you can never change bad decisions or someone else's poor behavior. I am not saying to let that person back in your life, but let them go. Protect your peace.
Comparison also is one that kills joy more than anything else. Focus on your own journey rather than what your life looks like compared to someone else. Try to live fearlessly, stand up for yourself, fight for what you believe in, speak up when you see someone being wronged, do the right thing.
Frankly, spend your life in happiness. Every time you find yourself sad, angry, worried or frustrated shift your thinking into a more positive one's. Appreciate every moment. Cherish the people, things and moments in life because you never know when they all will be gone. Surround yourself with people of integrity and love those around you, Protect your peace. Love you all

Wednesday Fun Day! - Start your day with a little sugar!😁💕❤️#166

Saturday Sep 02, 2023
Today is Wednesday, August 30th.
I am going to start of the day with the word of the day & quote of the day. A LITTLE ENCOURAGEMENT IN A WORLD OF HATE, Let's go!Today's word of the day is "Integrity"
**Quote of the day:
"Integrity, the choice between what's convenient and what's right." - Tony Dungy
Traits of someone with True Integrity
Integrity is defined in the dictionary as, "the quality of being honest or having strong moral principles."
People with integrity are generally known to be honest, kind, and trustworthy. It is a quality that everyone should strive for. You should also strive to surround yourselves with people who have integrity.
That being said how can you tell if someone has integrity or are the faking it??
First, they take responsibility for their actions:
Integrity is all about having a high level of honesty. When they do something wrong, they do the right thing, even when it isn't easy.
They put others needs above their own:
It is sooo rare to find someone who focuses on what's good for others in todays world that is so focused on me, me, me!
They offer to help others in need:
They want to help others who may need it more than themselves and do it happily.
They choose honesty:
Integrity means being honest, and someone with true integrity will live this quality every day. Which makes it easy to trust these kinds of people.
They show respect to everyone:
Respect is often considered something that must be earned, but someone with integrity will treat people they met like a human being. They would never be caught being rude.
They manifest humility:
If you hear someone bragging about this or that, big sign that they do not have integrity.
A person with integrity of course will be proud of their accomplishments the difference is they are humble. They know the difference between confidence and arrogance.
They are always striving to better themselves.
They are able to admit when they are wrong:
Who likes to admit they have been wrong? No it isn't fun, and it can be very humbling. But a person with integrity has no problem admitting when they are wrong or made a mistake and apologizing if necessary.
They convey kindness:
Above everything, they are kind. They will never say anything they do not mean. There is strength in kindness.
Integrity is a trait everyone should strive for. If you are someone who has integrity, thank you for being who you are and for the wonderful light you shine on others. Your goodwill and reliable kindness truly do help make the world a better place. Keep up the wonderful work, and always remember you are appreciated, you are loved, and I am deeply proud of you!
**Joke of the day:
Question: When is a door not a door?
Answer: When it's ajar.
