Acting cheerfully despite feeling upset is a act of character.  Recognizing that we feel one way, irritated, sad, afraid, ect. and deciding to act according to our values despite those feelings that are [pulling us in another direction.  
Once we start to acknowledge that cheerfulness is at least as much about our actions, as it is our feelings, then we give ourselves the opportunity to develop it and get better at it.

Today is Monday March 27th. 
I wanted to thank you all again for your support last Friday when "A Haven for Heroes" was here.  We are still trying to get their name out there and donations flooding their website, Frontline Workers, Veterans, Llama - A Haven for Heroes .

Do things that will make you laugh! Move with people who will also make you laugh, giggle & smile.  Simple laughter can brighten your day.  It can take away stress, pain, and worries.
Tuddles joined me as we talked about the whole stealing of catalytic converters and how we having been waiting months for one.

- Bud light and Tajin are forming an alliance to create a canned Chelada.  The difference of Chelada & Michelada you ask???  Chelada is a beer with lime and chili seasoning in and around the rim.  Michelada is like a bloody mary, minus the vodka and beer.
- McDonald's new spring McFlurry is strawberry shortcake with no strawberries, just syrup with Oreo bits.
- Then we got into weird food combo's because I read an article about Filipino party food a cooked hot dog on a stick with big marshmallows on each end of the stick!  Captain Jimmy joined me to talk about weird food combos that he personally ate, a hot dog with chocolate sryup, chocolate covered roaches, worms in tequila and on and on.  Nope!

Love is patient, love is kind.  It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
LOVE should bring us closer and not divide.  Like the words of the song I played, "One world, one world, what are you going to do to make this a better place??
My next guest do just that.  Their non-profit, "A Haven for Heroes" is helping frontline workers & veterans with PTSD.  
In our interview we learned when and why they decided to start "A Haven for Heroes."  We also learned a lot about Llama's & Alpaca's.

Around three years ago was the beginning of us not seeing each other smiling at each other because we were told to wear masks.  It took away a part of us socially and emotionally.  The benefits of smiling for others have been proven to trigger positive feelings, promote better health for everyone, making others feel rewarded.  From living a better and longer life to appearing more approachable and confident, from reducing the risk of certain serious diseases to releasing hormones that help decrease stress levels, the benefits of smiling are plentiful.  So smile at someone today and if they think you are a weirdo, WHO CARES!

First Day of Spring - Start it with a little sugar‼️😁💕❤️#106

Today is Monday, March 20th.  
Program change for this week.  Ahron's sports segment will be this Wednesday instead of Friday.  Friday I will be interviewing A Haven 4 Hero's, organization.  Please come to show them some love and help them to grow.

I personally have been doing a whole lot of soul searching and growth the last three years.  I was asked about my intention, goal in life.  I feel like it is my goal to help others grow and shine brighter, not me, them.  
Believe in your own self worth.  If you have a difficult time believing that you are worthy of your dreams, then why would you even shoot for them?  On the other hand, if you like yourself and treat yourself like someone you like, then this positive self-treatment can go a long way towards believing in yourself.
Start to grow your self-worth by being kind to ourself and practicing skills like self-compassion.  We can talk to ourselves when we struggle & make mistakes.
Being successful in life is all about having the proper belief system in who you are.

It only takes a moment to be corrupted.  You decided to be dishonest and take a bribe in order to acquire illicit benefits or abuse your power for your own personal gain, like embezzlement for example.  We need to be morally strong enough not to be persuaded to do something wrong.  Again, it goes back to the basic's of right and wrong.  I am not sure if it the desire to have it all, be number one, that you "take" what you "believe" youis yours, what you deserve or owed. (Believing you are owed something for doing nothing.) Such a trend at this moment.  How do we stop this trend of me, me, me?? Having a moral compass and freaking using it!! We need to do better people.

It’s hump day y’all - start it with a little sugar‼️😁❤️💕#104

Today is Wednesday, March 15th.
 Looking forward to upcoming interview with non-profit coming up on the 24th.  Please join me so we can get the word out there and raise money for their organization.

On a simple level, integrity is knowing the difference betwwen right and wrong and acting in coherence with that knowledge.

"Integrity gives you real freedom because you have nothing to fear since you have nothing to hide."  - Zig Ziglar
No a days it seems like there is no integrity in people.  First of all, people without integrity are taught, I do this and get away with it, then the next time they push it a bit more and so on and so on.  They are NEVER held accountable for their actions.  They move from one degree of dishonesty to another.
We need to teach or children, the next generation, because God only knows the older generation will not change!  We need to teach them what integrity means, having a set of moral values, knowing right from wrong.  The power of standing behind what you believe, instead of going with the crowd because everyone else is.  Sometime you need to know that your values & integrity are MORE important than taking the easy way to get to waty you are trying to achieve OR trying to keep someone in your life.  Teach them that if someone is not going to value you and your values then they are not the right people to have standing in your tribe.  It is as simple as that.  You do not need to have everyone in your life.  
If we teach our youth early on that to have integrity, not comprising from what they believe, being honest and truthful to oneself and others, living in accordance with one's values, then they can hold their heads up high for having integrity.  We need to be better people.
