Always start the show with the word of the day, "delude." (deluding, deluded, delisional), to cause someone to believe something that is not true, deceive or trick. "You may delude the world, but I know you." You should always know who you are playing with in the sand box. Some will delude you with their words in order to get and achieve what they need. Do not let your kindness be mistaken as a weakness. Keep your eyes open, it should take a minute for you to let someone in past those boundaries!! Not everyone should be let in!!
Spoke of all the celebrity deaths recently, with Bob McGrath of Sesame Street being the latest. And as I write this, we have lost Kristi Alley, RIP.
I went over the warning signs of a heart attack, since the 3 most likely days to die of a heart attack are only weeks away. Top off the list is Christmas Day and New Year's.
Warning signs:
-Chest pain
-Shortness of breathe
-vomiting/nausea
-fast or uneven heartbeart
Pay attention to the warning signs your body is giving you and don't postpone the trip to the doctor or ER.

Talked about the lucky few, well maybe lucky, who get to try Subway's World's First Footlong Cookie available on Dec. 4th at Miami locations for National Cookie Day.
Krispy Kreme is selling Gingerbread, Red Velvet and Sugar Cookie Doughnuts just in time for the holidays.
Went over some Facts about the world cup and was able to stumb Ahron, right before he taught his mom about the sports, he watched the prior week.
I then went over my list of some of the top hits of the 80's and it was a dance party.

Last day of November went out with a bang! It was theonlycrazylady's 50th birthday! I went over the word of the day "discern," to come to know, recongnize or understand.
Sometimes the ability to discern evil from good can be hard.

I personnally in the last year have not been good at that. My gut was not only talking to me, it was yelling at me!! I was literally having stomach issues because I allowed something to continue because I had all hope that the issue would change. It didn't.
Times have changed. It is not like "the good ole days" when people's words really meant something. Were people really would jump in if someone was attacking you, instead of filming it. Life has changed. People will tell you what you want to hear in order to get what "they" want or need. Times have changed.
There is a rare, a very rare amount of people who will ever do the right thing in life and that you can actually trust. Very, very sad.
I talked about the woman who switched a cheaper ring she stoled earlier at one Costco ($1,999.99) with a $28,000.00 she asked to try on. She was able to get out of the store, but police caught up to her at home, ring nowhere to be found.

I went over how people are up in arms about the Planter's Peanuts Epic Holiday Display which says "“To All a Good Nut”, saying it is sexual. I think to many have too much time on their hands! Give me a break.

The holiday season can bring sadness in a lot of lives. There is loneliness, memories of loved one's missed. Looking around and realizing that you are not alone, really does help. We do not have to be in the same state to feel and show love.
If you are luckly/blessed enough to spend time with family, loved one's and friends, enjoy your time together, make memories, take pictures, love one another. Be kind.
Ahron joined me today since we will not be doing a Friday show. He taught his Mom about the sports he watched the prior week and what sports would be on Thanksgiving and the week to come. Ahron will be back on Friday December 2nd.

Went over a trending in food and asked if y'all were in for doing gingerbread houses again, after going over Pop-Tarts contest. Funny how some cannot think for themselves and live off others idea's, Narcissist!
I went over all the different types of pizzas out there. BP49, MamaBear and of course Bam Bam sent pictures of their local and homemade pizzas. They all looked so great. Music was a continued list of 50's music.

Friday November 18th, it was a cold and snowy start to my day. Went over the word of the day, distract. Quote of the day, "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see. Unknown
You do not need to speak the same language, have the same likes, grow up the same way in order to be kind to one another. Kindness can be free, holding a door open, calling a friend, sending a card, text or phone call expressing how much that person means to you. I said last week, let's start a kindness movement. We do not need to be like so many out there, spewing hate. Let's bring kindness back.
Went over some of "What's Trending," right before Ahron started his segment teaching his Mom what he watched in sports during the week.
Music started at 8:30 with songs that have dance that go along with them. (Time-wrap, The Hustle, The Electric Slide.)
